Their words mean nothing. Corporations continuously violate their own rules against hostile work environments. A Code of Conduct is more than an employee handbook. We need to stop WORKPLACE BULLYING, HARASSMENT, INTIMIDATION, RETALIATION OF INJURED WORKERS AND WRONGFUL DISCHARGE. Vote to make a Code of Conduct a binding and legal document.
